Principal Interior Designer & Partner 

From a young age, Kaitlin had a passion for creativity, and interiors. That drive led her to a bachelor’s degree in interior design and a minor in fine art from Louisiana State University's CIDA accredited interior design program. After graduating from LSU, she worked for Provenance Development in Shreveport, LA providing interior design on new construction homes, marketing, and real estate services. Before starting Maison Design Collab, Kaitlin worked in Dallas with a prestigious design firm. There she handled luxury residential new construction, remodels, and full furnishing projects spanning up to 18,000+ sq. ft homes. At this firm, one style did not meet all; her projects ranged from Traditional French to Contemporary Modern. For her taste, she lends more transitional; such as with a blend of modern elements mixed with warm antiques and layered fabrics and textures. She loves working with clients no matter their tastes. As she has learned that what makes a good design team is embodied by being well-rounded in many styles of design. Thanks to her industry experience in construction and design, and a keen eye for detail, Kaitlin has learned to translate her clients’ wants and needs into sophisticated and timeless spaces. She enjoys getting to know every facet of her client’s lives to help them personalize their spaces to be tailored to their lifestyle for both functionality and personality. Kaitlin is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and the NWLA Association of Realtors.

Susannah has been in the construction and real estate industry for over 30 years. She began her career in construction and development in South Louisiana in 1998, playing a vital role in the development of several large single and multi-family residential developments near LSU and in Ascension Parish. Susannah obtained her Louisiana Contractors License in 2002 and built dozens of homes in Baton Rouge, Ascension and Livingston Parishes. In 2005, Susannah obtained her Florida Contractors license and built homes along Scenic Highway 30A. Susannah has been a licensed Louisiana Real Estate Agent since 2007 and became a licensed Real Estate broker in 2012. She served as the broker and manager for Provenance Realty Group from 2012-2019. She played a major role in the design of almost every home built in Provenance from 2012-2019, managed the Architectural Review Board for the neighborhood, and oversaw the Provenance Builders Guild.  Susannah opened her own brokerage, Susannah Hodges Real Estate in 2019. She can help you make a smart, informed choice for the purchase of your next home...  And she can guide you better than anyone through the sale of your current home.  Susannah offers her services as a design and new build consultant to custom clients across the state.  She can help walk you through the planning and build process and recommend architects and builders to team up with.
